EA ended its E3 press conference with a whole lot of Anthem, and it was all pretty cool to see. In addition to a cinematic trailer, giving some more world building, we were shown gameplay of a mission in which the player worked together with three other people to stop any enemy faction known as the Scars. It all looked very explosive and cool, and graphically stunning.
Also announced during the segment was the fact that cosmetics would be available for purchase, but there will be no loot boxes of any sort in the game, and no way to purchase gameplay benefits for yourself. This is great news for the game and is sure to win the game some favor in the minds of fans.
Finally we were told that the game would be releasing on February 22, 2019 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
