The Coalition took to the Xbox stage today and revealed not just one, but three new games in the Gears franchise.
Gears POP! is a mobile game where the characters are the Funko Pop! versions of themselves.
Gears Tactics is a PC strategy game that’s set before any of the other games in the series.
Last but not least though is Gears of War 5, and it looks pretty damn good. The game appears to be really going in more on the story than in past games, and I’m excited by that.
Gears of War 5 puts you in control of Kait from Gears of War 4, with Del being your partner this time around. JD, the playable character from the previous game will be sitting this one out as someone you can control. Kate’s on a personal journey, making things all the more interesting and exciting from a story standpoint.
Gears POP! and Gears of War 5 release in 2019. No release information was given for Gears Tactics.
