Bethesda brought out the big guns (and I mean BIG guns) for Doom Eternal. We got a look at some gory, fast paced gameplay that was glorious to watch, as well as the announcement of the game’s release date. The game will be released later this year on November 22.
They also showed off the game’s new multiplayer mode called Battle Mode. In it, two people play as demons face off against one person who plays as the Slayer. The player controlled demons are able to summon AI demons to assist them in the fight, adding another wrinkle to the game mode. It seems like it could be fun, but I wonder how deep it’ll actually go.
