I’m going to say this upfront. Avengers: Endgame is a fantastic movie that serves as a perfect culmination of the past 11 years and 22 movies that make up the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There’s a lot that the movie has to do and it does it all so well that it’s easy to forgive any flaws that the movie has.
Ever since the first trailer for Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse dropped, I knew this movie was going to be something special. The animation was jaw dropping and something I had never seen before, and it was starring Miles Morales, a character that’s popular amongst comic fans, but not that well known to the general public. It was also going to introduce a number of different Spider-people through the multiverse, giving many iconic versions of Spider-Man their big screen debut, and greater exposure as well. The movie doesn’t disappoint at all, giving us the best Spider-Man movie ever, and definitely one of my favorite animated movies ever.

San Diego Comic-Con is currently going on, but yesterday at the big convention, there were a couple of trailers that dropped for some BIG movies. Let’s take a look at them and briefly talk about each one!
The Transformers movie franchise has gotten had bad rap throughout the course of its life. While the first movie is generally praised, each subsequent sequel received a worse reception than the previous one for various reasons. I’ve been a fan and supporter of the series from the start and have liked each movie, with 2014’s Age of Extinction being my least favorite of them all.
In 2008, Marvel Studios took a risk with Iron Man, a not so popular comic character at the time, with who they started their own cinematic universe. Now here we are, ten years and eighteen movies later, with the release of Avengers: Infinity War, the culmination of the past ten years. The hype is real and expectations are astronomically high. Somehow though, Marvel has managed to not only live up to the hype, but shatter all expectations and deliver their best film yet.

It’s been a long time coming guys, but the first trailer for Avengers: Infinity War dropped this morning, and boy was it amazing. I spent 45 minutes watching it nonstop this morning once it was released until I had to head out the house, so it’s safe to say that I’m sufficiently hyped.
