Minecraft is making the jump to the dungeon crawler genre with the newly announced Minecraft Dungeons. It looks to be taking inspiration from the Diablo series. The game features 4-player local and online co-op. It releases in Spring 2020.

A game based off the Blair Witch movies was announced during the Xbox press conference today. Simply called Blair Witch, it looks to be taking inspiration from the Outlast series. It’ll be released on August 30th, 2019.

We got a new look at Cyberpunk 2077 today, and although the trailer didn’t reveal much in the way of story or gameplay, it did reveal something better.
The man himself, Keanu Reeves, is playing a part in the game. It’s unknown how big his role will be. In addition, the release date was finally revealed. Cyberpunk 2077 will be releasing April 16, 2020

Ninja Theory took to the Xbox stage today to announce their next game called Bleeding Edge. It’s a third-person competitive team-based multiplayer game. It looks like it’s taking inspiration from Overwatch with its heroes. The technical alpha for the game starts later this month on June 27.

Obsidian Entertainment’s The Outer Wilds kicked off Xbox’s E3 press conference with a new trailer. It showed off some new gameplay, as well as some story tidbits. The game also got a release date. The Outer Worlds will be releasing on October 25, 2019.

Microsoft made one last big announcement during their E3 press conference by revealing that the Xbox One X will cost $499 when it launches this fall. Many were expecting the price to be anywhere from $400-$500, so this falls right in the area of expectation. The big question though is whether or not gamers will want to spend that much to upgrade after the show the Microsoft put on today. Only time will tell.

In what was the biggest surprise of the show, Microsoft announced that they will be bringing backwards compatibility for original Xbox games to the Xbox One later this year.
