Continuing its never-ending saga with delays, The Last Guardian has been pushed back from October 25 to December 6, 2016. The delay was announced on the Playstation Blog. Here’s the full post:
The Last Guardian development team is fast approaching major milestones in production and has made the tough decision to delay the release of The Last Guardian a few weeks. The Last Guardian will launch on December 6, 2016.
Fumito Ueda, gen DESIGN and JAPAN Studio have a wonderful vision for The Last Guardian’s touching, emotional journey of friendship and trust, and we want to deliver the most polished experience possible for our fans who have supported us for so long. A delay is a difficult decision, particularly with this game, but we have encountered more bugs than anticipated while in the final stages of development. To ensure that The Last Guardian delivers on the experience that the game’s creators have envisioned, we need to take the extra time to work on those issues.
Our development continues to push itself to the fullest and we look forward to revealing new content toward launch.
We appreciate your continued support.
While it’s a bit disappointing to hear, this delay can only mean good things for the game. After years of anticipation, this game is going to have be absolutely perfect in every way imaginable in order for it to live up to people’s expectations (which it will most likely fail to do). Getting rid of bugs and other assorted issues can only make the game better, so fans shouldn’t be too upset with the reasoning behind the delay. Plus the game is still coming out this year, so it’s not all at that bad. A few more weeks is nothing compared to the past couple of years spent waiting.

Today, the Call of Duty Youtube channel released 13-minutes of brand new footage for Infinite Warfare from an early campaign mission, and it’s amazing. The whole thing is action packed and intense, and it all leads up to an awesome space battle at the end. Check it out for yourself down below:
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare releases on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 4, 2016.
Damn that sucks. I guess I’ll just have to wait until later to finally play for the first time.

Nintendo presented a brand new gameplay trailer for the new Zelda game, now officially called The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The trailer shows off lots of new gameplay features such as cooking, using an item to raise pillars out of water, hunting, and climbing. There’s also voice acting for the first time in there series! We also get to see Link wearing a silver set of armor, but he never wears his iconic green outfit in the trailer. Just based off of this trailer, it looks like the game will be well worth the wait for Zelda fans.

The first Gravity Rush was a game that appealed to me in so many ways, but I never got to play it because I didn’t have a Vita. Even still, I’ve been excited for Gravity Rush 2 ever since it’s announcement and this trailer only increases that excitement. We get to see a lot of flying around and gravity based combat in the trailer and it looks great. And I have to mention that the game’s art style just helps this game looks amazing in a way that not many games can. I need a release date for this game ASAP!

The rumors were true! Well half true at least. The PS4 is getting an exclusive Spider-Man game, but it’s being made by Insomniac Games, not Sucker Punch. We got our first look at the game and it looks pretty damn cool if I should say so myself. Now we begin to just hope that the finished product is actually good.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare debuted its campaign gameplay during Sony’s press conference and it looks just as bombastic as you would expect the series to be. The Jackal gameplay looks cool though and the space combat looks like an interesting twist on your standard gunfights. I’m looking forward to this game and can’t wait to see more of it. The end of the footage featured a trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, showcasing just how great the game looks compared to how the original did. For those that are playing on PS4 you should be very excited because you’ll be able to play Modern Warfare Remastered a month ahead of Infinite Warfare’s release. So get your Legacy Edition before it runs out!
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare releases on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 4th.
